Microsoft Lifts Engagement 70% for 250+ UK Businesses with an AI-Powered Immersive Platform
Microsoft wanted a single interface blending AR, VR and multiple AI tools that could scale across organisations, so an Azure-based framework brought voice, gesture and vision together in one build.
Microsoft wanted to move businesses beyond static product demos into genuinely immersive AR/VR experiences, but that meant blending several AI tools, voice interaction, gesture recognition, computer vision and personalised recommendations, into a single interface that could scale across many different organisations without breaking on performance or security.
QuantumXL built an intelligent framework on Azure that combined all of those AI capabilities into one reusable, adaptable platform, designed to run across mobile, web and headset environments so the same underlying build could support very different use cases across industries.
“The team were always willing to work hard on this project,” said Imogen Venn, Account Director at Microsoft.
Engagement metrics improved by 70%, and more than 250 UK businesses participated in the programme built on the platform. The finished solution was delivered bug-fixed and within budget, giving participating businesses a way to move past static demos into live, immersive experiences that actually drove engagement.
