The Mortgage Office was running a legacy loan management system with no structured test documentation and no automation framework in place, leaving the team heavily dependent on manual testing. Regression coverage was thin enough that production issues kept slipping through.
DeviQA deployed five QA engineers, one automation specialist and four foundational QA engineers, who reverse-engineered the system&#8217;s requirements from scratch, built a centralised test repository, created more than 70 regression test cases, and developed a modern Playwright-based automation suite with more than 100 scenarios. Load testing with more than 10 scenarios was added, and everything was integrated into CI pipelines.

Manual regression testing dropped from two days to three hours, and the automated version now runs in just 20 minutes, down from an hour. Test case coverage rose from around 15% to 60%, production incidents are caught in minutes rather than hours, and two new QA engineers were able to ramp up quickly thanks to the documentation the engagement produced.

Xola&#8217;s booking platform was unstable and bug-prone, with no automated tests, no regression testing process, no CI environment and no way to run tests in parallel. Every release carried real risk of shipping problems straight to customers.
DeviQA deployed a dedicated team of six full-stack QA engineers who implemented comprehensive test automation using Java, Selenide, Selenium and Cucumber. The team built more than 3,200 automation scripts covering over 8,300 checks, established best practices like the Page Object pattern and API-based test data creation, configured six CI pipelines running more than 70 parallel threads, and modernised legacy tests using AI-assisted tools.

Solebit, now part of Mimecast, was working through significant testing inefficiencies: regression cycles stretching to 20 hours, only 10% test coverage, single-machine and single-thread test execution, and no UI test automation at all for a security product built around file scanning.
DeviQA implemented comprehensive test automation using REST APIs and the Faraday library, distributing testing across 30 machines running 10 parallel threads. The team developed more than 250 UI test cases, configured cloud-based file processing for testing, and built out an efficient reporting system to track results.

Tipalti needed to maintain high quality for its accounts payable automation platform while scaling from a single founder with one QA engineer into a growing organisation releasing software 25 times a year. SimpliField had no established QA processes to speak of. Testing was performed by non-specialists, there was no real device testing, and automation didn&#8217;t exist, a risky setup for a retail execution platform that needed to hold up across a wide range of real-world mobile hardware.
DeviQA built a comprehensive testing framework from scratch, creating more than 8,000 test cases, implementing over 30 automation scripts, and establishing functional testing across more than nine real iOS and Android devices rather than relying on emulators alone.
