As part of a Ministry of Health strategy to modernise Ukraine&#8217;s national medical supply chain, the SE Medical Procurement of Ukraine (MPU) needed an automated way to manage inventory across centralised programmes, using aggregated data on demand, stock levels and write-offs. The AWS-based infrastructure was built to HIPAA and ISO standards to protect sensitive healthcare data, with horizontal and vertical scaling supporting 10,000 concurrent users and triple replication across availability zones to guard against data loss.

The eStock module now gives healthcare facilities, regional departments and central authorities a shared, traceable view of medical goods across the country, letting MPU redistribute stock to eliminate the regional imbalances the old, fragmented system couldn&#8217;t catch. EPD International AB operates the International EPD System, which helps businesses across 50 countries produce environmental product declarations for sustainability reporting. Sigma Software rebuilt the EPD management process around structured, digital workflows with version tracking to record every change made to a declaration, built-in validation logic for data quality, and compliance rules mapped to international standards including ISO 14025 and EN 15804. Copp Clark, a Canadian company supplying financial institutions with global public holiday, trading hour and close-day data, found itself classified as an ICT third-party service provider under the EU&#8217;s DORA regulation because of the European financial businesses it serves. The tricky part wasn&#8217;t the regulation itself, it was scoping Copp Clark&#8217;s proportional responsibility accurately, so the company didn&#8217;t drain its resources on compliance activities that went beyond what its actual role required.
Sigma Software ran stakeholder interviews to map Copp Clark&#8217;s existing security processes, then performed a gap assessment benchmarked directly against DORA&#8217;s requirements for ICT third-party providers, producing a Risk Management Policy, Third-party Management Policy, Business Continuity &#038; Disaster Recovery Plan, and Incident Response Plan. The team followed that with Digital Operational Resilience Testing, scoping a penetration test specifically to Copp Clark&#8217;s distributed infrastructure rather than running a blanket, resource-heavy assessment across everything.

The United Repair Centre provides B2B clothing repair services that extend the life of garments for major fashion brands, and it was planning to expand into new EU markets. Before it could scale, the URC needed its IT ecosystem hardened against attacks and ready to handle a larger client base and order count, starting with a security audit against the Center for Internet Security Benchmark.
Sigma Software extended the Repairing Order Management platform with 10 additional B2B portals for brands including Patagonia, Lululemon, Rapha and The North Face, built on Microsoft Power Apps to keep launches fast and onboarding streamlined. The team also built the URC&#8217;s first B2C portal, for Gore-Tex customers, giving end consumers a self-service option to place orders, choose delivery, and pay online, something the business had never offered directly before.
